KOSMA and FOCAL organise a practical film budgeting workshop in Switzerland

Learn the nuts and bolts of managing your film finances in a hands-on workshop about the KOSMA software.

KOSMA makes it possible to create budgets, financing plans and cashflow plans in a simple and effective way. The cost control module provides the most accurate monitoring of your expenses, with functions such as importing accounting data and creating cost reports as a combination of estimates and actuals.

Led by a film producer and the founder of KOSMA Valentin Greutert, this workshop will include:

• An introduction to the Budgeting, Financing, Cashflow and Cost Control modules and their operations
• A hands-on practical session where participants can create their own budgets using the software
• Learning tips and tricks to master film budgets with KOSMA

Whether learning these skills for the first time or seeking to brush up on the latest software and cost management techniques, this workshop will equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to take their budgeting to the next level.
